David
QTS Maths Teacher · Assistant Head of Maths
David is a QTS Maths Teacher and Assistant Head of Maths (NPQSL), with over 9 years of classroom experience and over 20 years working with young people — in local councils, NHS organisations, and the charitable sector.
He teaches live lessons online every week in term time, to build confidence in maths and help students achieve the best grade they can.

Questions, answered
What do the sessions actually look like?
When you log in you'll be able to use the live chat to ask questions. There are no cameras or microphones for students — you'll see David and the paper you're working on on screen. David is there as a mentor and guide to check in with each week as you work towards your GCSE.
Do sessions run in the school holidays?
No — sessions are term time only. Lessons run every week while schools are in term, and pause for half terms, Christmas, Easter and the summer holidays. Subscriptions are rolling monthly, so you can cancel at any time and start again when term does — see Refunds & Cancellations, or ask David if you're not sure.
Which sessions should I choose?
If you're in Year 9, 10 or 11 you have two options. GCSE Revision (Sundays) is a weekly revision session where David works through past-paper questions, modelling and supporting as he goes — good alongside school. Ultimate GCSE Lessons adds two taught sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays (7:00–7:45pm Foundation, 7:45–8:30pm Higher), covering topics in greater depth, on top of the Sunday session. Years 7 and 8 have their own lesson on Tuesdays, time to be confirmed. See all the sessions.
Do I have to pick Foundation or Higher?
No — both are included on every GCSE subscription. Come to the tier you're sitting, or both if it helps.
What if we can't make a session live?
Every session is recorded and the link is emailed to you. Recordings go up the following day and stay available for 4 weeks, so if you miss one live you have a month to catch up.
Which exam boards do you cover?
We use real GCSE exam questions from AQA, Edexcel and OCR, across both Foundation and Higher tiers.
Are the sessions suitable for homeschooled children?
Absolutely. You can choose GCSE Revision for extra support with revision, or if you'd like David to be your maths teacher, the Ultimate subscription offers taught lessons and full curriculum coverage.
I've joined — how do I get the links?
Everything comes by email, to the address you used at checkout. You'll get a confirmation straight away, the Zoom link before each session, and the recording link afterwards. Do check your junk folder, and add info@cin.co.uk to your contacts so nothing gets filtered.
How do I cancel, or change my card?
Subscriptions are rolling monthly. Cancel at any time and you won't be billed again — you keep access for the rest of the month you've already paid for. To cancel, update your card or switch to a different session, email us. See Refunds & Cancellations for the full detail.
I'm already subscribed — can I move up to Ultimate?
Yes, and you shouldn't buy a second subscription to do it. Ultimate already includes the Sunday revision session, so subscribing again would mean paying for that session twice. Your existing subscription gets switched across instead, and you're credited for the part of the month you've already paid. Email David to make the change.
